There was a little snail named Habhab who carried his colorful spiral shell on his back wherever he went. Sometimes he grumbled, “My home is so small and heavy — I wish I lived in a big house like the rabbit's.”

One evening, rain suddenly began pouring from the sky. Habhab hurried along at his slow pace, searching for shelter, but the raindrops seemed to chase him everywhere.

His mother whispered beside him, “Go into your home, Habhab — see how it protects you.” Habhab hesitated a little, then pulled his small body inside the colorful shell. Suddenly, the sound of the rain faded away, and he felt completely warm and dry.

From inside his shell, Habhab listened to the soft rain outside, perfectly safe. He realized then that his home, however small, was the most wonderful place in the world to sleep, and he closed his eyes with gratitude.
